How to View and Use Your Progress Reports

Your Progress screen gives you insight into how things are going—week by week, month by month.


Here’s how to access it:


  1. Tap the Progress tab at the bottom of your screen
  2. Choose the metric you want to explore:


  • Weight changes
  • Daily calorie averages
  • Macros (protein, carbs, fat)
  • Water intake
  • Optional: sugar, fiber, sodium, etc.
  1. Select a time frame:


  • This week
  • Last 30 days
  • Custom ranges


How to use your insights:


  • Notice patterns (like under-eating protein on weekends)
  • Celebrate milestones (like a 7-day streak or steady calorie control)
  • Make adjustments based on long-term trends


The more consistently you log, the more powerful your reports become. This is where real progress comes into focus.
