How to View and Use Your Progress Reports
Your Progress screen gives you insight into how things are going—week by week, month by month.
Here’s how to access it:
- Tap the Progress tab at the bottom of your screen
- Choose the metric you want to explore:
- Weight changes
- Daily calorie averages
- Macros (protein, carbs, fat)
- Water intake
- Optional: sugar, fiber, sodium, etc.
- Select a time frame:
- This week
- Last 30 days
- Custom ranges
How to use your insights:
- Notice patterns (like under-eating protein on weekends)
- Celebrate milestones (like a 7-day streak or steady calorie control)
- Make adjustments based on long-term trends
The more consistently you log, the more powerful your reports become. This is where real progress comes into focus.
